    Lion's Mane capsules

    I have been taking this product for less than a month. However, I can let you know just how much easier it is for me to take Lion's Mane in capsule form rather than liquid form. I began using liquid Lion's Mane on the advice of my daughter (a clinician) and my sister (a holistic healer) due to the fact that dementia is present in the family. I purchased it in liquid form from a different company. I cannot describe just how horrible the liquid from this other company is, except to say that it took every bit of my willpower to use it 3 times a week!! GAG!! I was given the chance to try Lion's Mane capsules through Military Grade and promptly dropped that foul bottle of liquid into the trash. It is so easy and convenient to add a capsule to my evening routine and not have to force myself to take it! While I have been taking the capsules for a short time, I have been using Lion's Mane long enough to positively say I have felt an improvement in my cognitive processes. I solve my daily puzzles faster, reading is back to speedy levels and memory is sharper. I have hopes that Milirary Grade Health Lion's Mane will help me delay the onset of my familial dementia .
