    At this time I really don't know if things are better. I take one a day in the morning. I seem to be a litter better, I will continue but I am backing down a bite for the day time as you can see with my new order.

    I took one soft gel about 10 minutes before bed an I must tell you in 15 minutes I was fast asleep. This product is amazing, I have major sleep problems and aches and pains an they subside when I take this product. I haven't slept an felt this good in years.
