GENERAL INFORMATION

We appreciate your business!  By making a purchase, you are demonstrating a clear understanding that Military Grade Health is selling products containing Hemp Extract with less than 0.3% THC. These statements and products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and are not intended or guaranteed to diagnose, treat, mitigate, or cure any disease. Always check with your physician or health care provider before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing Hemp Extract. If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing them with the understanding that Hemp Extract is present.  

RETURNS

Military Grade Health operates under a no hassle return policy, which means that we accept returns up to thirty (30) days after the date you receive your first shipment of any new product.  Simply return the product, regardless  of amount remaining, and we'll process your return. For bundles, only one bottle may be opened and all other bottles must be returned onopened. Renewal products (via subscription) can be returned, but only if product is unopened and returned in package.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items, and ask that you provide a tracking number. You can write "RETURN TO SENDER" on box to avoid shipping costs.  Refunds are processed  within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Web Site.

 

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. All of our products are tested to ensure the highest quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to carefully check your  shipment upon arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged during transit.

 

All claims for damaged products must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the shipment. To help us better understand the problem, please contact us directly and provide detailed information about the damaged product. Do not return products unless you have received confirmation from our support center.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING POLICY
Military Grade Health is proud to ship to all fifty (50) states. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a returned item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your overall refund. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item.

 

Military Grade Health ships Monday through Friday out of our warehouse. Please allow standard shipping and handling time after placing your order. Depending on where you live, it may take more time for your product to reach you. Our team will work quickly and efficiently to answer any questions you may have about your in-transit item.

 

Our policy is to ship within 1-2 business days after an order is placed, however, USPS First Class Mail generally may take 4-8 days from warehouse to mailbox. In certain situations, we may elect to use expedited shipping.

 

For those taking advantage of our recurring shipment program, your product will be shipped five (5) business days prior to the monthly renewal. Please note that your debit/credit card will be charged at this time.

We encourage our customers to place another order when their product is about halfway through use. Doing so will prevent any future shipping delays, and therefore ensure that you do not run out.
