    This is my first time to try the Hemp Extract Capsules (50mg each) for lower back aches and pains. While I have only been using them for about a week, I definitely notice an improvement in my quality of sleep and in a reduction in my lower back pain symptoms. I will attempt to increase the dose to 100mg to see if that further reduces the pain in the lower back (an MRI shows the pain is a response to several factors--stenosis, bulging disks, and arthritis)
