I am not to keen on the taste but it helps with all my pain I have arthritis pain, nerapthy, spinal stenosis , and recent surgery for carpal tunnel on my wrist and elbow. It has helped with it all and I am hoping it will work with the ptsd, depression and anxiety. I have just started so I will see soon. Thanks. DEBBIE
