    I take one 50mg soft gel in the morning and one before going to bed as I have arthritis in my right hip from carrying siblings around on that hip since I was 4 years old, my being the eldest of 10 children. This Hemp Extract completely keeps any pain at bay for my 76 year old body and I am completely happy with the results.

    I take one 1500 capsule in the morning when I get up and one at night before going to bed that takes care of a bit of arthritis in my right hip from carrying my sibling babies around on that hip from the time I was 5 years old (I am the oldest of 10 children). I am now 76 years young. Thank you!
