I will be 78 in February and am healthy, happy and active. Taking 50mg softgels, one in the morning, one before bed keeps my right hip from soreness and sleep very well... Wake in the morning ready to tackle the day.

I take one in the morning & one before going to bed at night for a bit of Arthritis in my right hip and I never have any pain or discomfort now that I follow this regimen.
